A little reminder that skincare is more than just cleansing your skin. 🍂

Today’s facial clip focuses on a few important steps that each serve a purpose:

🎃 Pumpkin exfoliator — Pumpkin enzymes help gently exfoliate the buildup of dead skin cells, leaving the skin feeling smoother, softer, and looking more refreshed.

💧 Hydrating mask — After exfoliation, hydration is so important. A hydrating mask helps replenish moisture and support the skin barrier, especially when the skin is feeling dry or dehydrated.

💆‍♀️ Scalp massage — We can’t forget the scalp! A gentle scalp massage can stimulate the scalp and promote circulation while also helping you relax and release tension.

✨ Moisturizer — Exfoliating and hydrating are only part of the process. Moisturizer helps lock in hydration and support the skin barrier.

☀️ SPF — And if you’re doing your skincare during the day, sunscreen is a must. Protecting your skin from UV exposure is one of the most important parts of your daily routine.

Good skincare isn’t about doing the most — it’s about understanding what your skin needs and giving it the right care.

During a PMU procedure, your working area can become contaminated very quickly. That’s why I’m intentional about what I place on my tray. Absolutely everything should be disposable.
This is an organized mess minimizing unnecessary cross-contamination.
This is one of those parts of PMU that clients may never see, but it matters just as much as the finished result.

My wonderful client took me along on her lip blush healing journey.

The first photo was within the first 48 hours, the second was around the first week, and the last photo was about two weeks into healing.

Lip blush goes through several stages as it heals. The color can appear stronger at first, soften as the skin heals, and gradually settle into a more natural-looking result.

I’m so grateful she trusted me enough to document the process and share her healing journey with you.

This is why I always remind my clients: trust the process and let your lips heal. The final result takes time. 🤍

A subtle lip blush transformation.

The goal wasn’t to create a bold lip, but to enhance what was already there — adding a little more pigment, softening uneven tones, and bringing balance to the natural color of the lips.

The result: a fresh, natural-looking tint that still looks like her lips, just a little more even and defined. #LipBlush #NaturalLipBlush #LipBlushArtist #PermanentMakeup #TintaBeauty
